Hiring a full time permanent Cook
experienced in West Indian and Caribbean Cuisine
Wage $14 per hour
Completion of Secondary school is
required
3 to 5 years of experience is required
Must speak English
Employment conditions: Early Morning, Day,
Evening, Weekend
Duties include:
Prepare and cook West Indian and Caribbean Authentic specialty meals
dishes such as:
Dhal Puri, Paratha, Sada Roti, Curry dishes and Jerk Chicken.
Season food according to
recipes, prepare any necessary sauces.
Operates various kitchen appliance such as grills, rotisseries,
boilers, fryers high-pressure cookers.
Clean kitchen and work area.
Work conditions:
Fast-paced environment,
Standing for extended periods.
Must be organized, reliable, accurate.
Location of work is in Roti Roti
restaurant at the above mentioned address.
