Hiring One Permanent Full-Time Floor Layer, wage is $29.00/Hr. at 30 to 40 hours per week.
Duties
Include:
Inspect, measure and mark surfaces to be covered
Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to
determine work requirements
Measure, cut and fasten underlay and underpadding
Measure, cut and install
carpeting on floors
Measure, cut and install resilient floor coverings
Inspect and repair damaged floor
coverings
Prepare floors for installations
Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants
Inspect, measure
and mark surfaces to be covered
Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School required
Must have a minimum of
3 years to less than 5 years? experience in floor laying or installation handling in the construction job
field.
Must be able to Speak, Read and Write English
