To prepare authentic Caribbean Cuisine breakfast, lunch and dinner. Update and menu on ongoing basis with new
authentic Caribbean dishes. Prepare and cook full course meals from scratch. Estimate food requirements and
ingredients. Inspect kitchen and food service area. Cook and handle food and maintain inventory and food cost.
Work with specialized cooking equipment.
