Hiring Building Maintenance/Handyman
Duties:
Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling,
ventilating, plumbing and electrical systems
Perform other routine maintenance jobs, such as painting and
drywall repair, carpet repair and installation
Cut grass and tend grounds
Clean snow and ice from walkways and
parking areas
Make General Repairs in the exterior and interior of the buildings

$14.50 per hour
