Must have at least 5 years of experience as a chef in a European Restaurant
Must have a Certificate
or Diploma in Cooking from a College or Trade School
Prepare and cook complete meals or specialty
foods, such as pastries, sauces, soups, salads, vegetables and meat, poultry and fish dishes
Instruct
cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food
Create new recipes
Supervise cooks
and other kitchen staff
Plan menus
Control and understand food cost control
