Permanent Full-Time Position at the 6150 Ordan Drive, Mississauga, Ontario, L5T 2B3 location. -$25.00/ hour -
44 hours per week - Requirements: * 8 years or more experience in a similar cabinetmaking position;*
Completion of secondary school is required, and;* English is required.* Strong attention to details* Ability
to problem solve in on site situation and take the initiative to get the job completed in a timely manner -
Job Duties:* Read and interpret blueprints * Apply varnish, veneer, stain or polish to finished products;*
Study plans, specifications and drawings of articles to be made, or prepare specifications;* Mark outlines or
dimensions of parts on wood;* Operate woodworking machines, such as power saws, jointers, mortisers and
shapers, and use hand tools to cut, shape and form parts and components;* Trim joints and fit parts and
subassemblies together to form complete unit using glue and clamps and reinforce joints using nails, screws or
other fasteners;* Sand wooden surfaces and apply veneer, stain or polish to finished products;* Repair or
restyle wooden furniture, fixtures and related products, and;* May estimate amount, type and cost of materials
required.* Site measurements coordinated with designer * Confirm measurements from drawings before cabinets
will be made * Install kitchen cabinets, crown mouldings, light valances, vanities and wall units - Youth, New
